I would describe job retention as including First Impressions because if you don't have a good impression with your boss he might not hire you. Appearance and Attire is important because if you dress like your at the beach when your at work it will look unprofessional and others may avoid or even judge you based on what your are wearing. Punctuality is also important because if you are late to work your boss will be angry with you and if you are late too many times you might get fired and replaced with someone who is on time. Attitude is very important when it comes to Job Retention, one reason why it is so important is because if you have a bad attitude than your boss may not like you which is never a good thing. I don't think their is a time you ever stop learning because the more you learn the better because it will never harm you. Being professional means a lot to me because people you serve want to be served by a professional person not a lazy person. Having a common misunderstanding is when you have a disagreement with someone that is professional. To get along with your co-workers you can greet them and other acts of kindness we allow you to get along with co-workers. If I were being hired for a second semester of this course I would say I learned how to communicate better, use computers better, and learned how to properly use a keyboard. A possibility for a higher wage or promotion to me is simply education because the more you are educated the better you will be at your given job.
