Our team began our process by creating different drawings for different designs and find which one is the best. Our team found it easy to create the first layer of the tower but adding more layers were more challenging. I think this would be the best for Kinder because if kids develop teamwork skills sooner they can be good with others in the future. There wasn't a leader on our team because the project was very short. I don't think having a designated leader would help because the project took 1 minute to create a plan and that is were a leader helps but if a plan takes one minute leaders don't offer to much help. Collaboration in this project was mostly verbal and written through designs. I did feel everyone's ideas were well received during the project. I think everyone's frustration/patience level was normal. All of our teammates were included. Our team did have a plan when we started the project. Our plan worked for 1 level but didn't work for additional levels. We did try to veer from the plan but it didn't work as well as we wanted it to. Our first layer worked good but our other levels didn't work. I didn't learn much about myself through this activity that I didn't already know. I am leader and I do work well in groups with others. Also I do work well under pressure and I usually don't get frustrated unless I have tried something multiple times and it failed. I think I can work on planning more in the next activity.
